Having trouble with advertising?

Advertising is a great way to get your business out there, but if you're not careful, it can also be very expensive and ineffective. Here are some simple tips for using advertising to your advantage:

1. Think about what makes your business different. What's the one thing that sets you apart from all the other businesses in your field? If you're a plumber, it's probably not that you have better prices than the competition — it's that you're reliable and friendly. Think about what makes your business special and then focus on communicating that quality through your ads.

2. Test different formats before deciding on one format. There are lots of different ways to advertise — from print ads in newspapers and magazines to radio ads on the local station or billboards along main roads. Each type of ad has its own strengths and weaknesses; don't assume one format is better than another just because it seems more common or familiar to you (or because someone told you so). Try out several different formats so that you can see which ones work best for your product or service before committing too much time or money into any one kind of ad campaign.

3. Be flexible with your budget and planning schedule when creating an ad campaign; things don't always go according to plan!
