Have you ever felt distracted from your goal? You are, however, not alone! A lack of consternation bothers many people. You may wonder, "What can I do to fix this?". So pay close attention. In all of your focus sessions, such as 10 minutes, you will have to complete a task in the next few minutes. Either it is reading a book or watching a course. The 10-minute focus session will then be expanded to 20, 30, and 50 minutes. Look out for discipline, not motivation.
